Geomembrane Film Blowing Machine

This machine is mainly used to produce three-layer composite plastic wide-width impermeable film and geomembrane. It is mainly composed of three sets of extruders,hydraulic fast filter device,three-layer compound mold,double tuyere air ring,traction machine,recoiling machine,temperature and electrical control system.If equipped with relevant auxilary engine,it can process the rough surface geomembrance film.

The machine adopts dedicated extruder and special type screw,so it can enhance plasticzing capacity and increase output.And the complete machine can move, so it convenient for adjusting.

Three-layer compound dedicated spiral mold both can produce geomembrane and greenhouse film.

It adopts hydraulic fast filter device,it is fast and convenient.

It adopts foreign advanced technology and introduces IBC inner cooling control system and double tuyere air ring.So it is convenient for controlling cooling air quantity and enhancing cooling effect.

The traction machine adopts variable frequency motor to control and equip with pneumatic clamping system,so the upper tractor and recoiling machine can be controlled synchronously.

The recoiling machine adopts center friction winding way.
