Blown Film Machine Heater Reform

1. To remove the modified cylinder part from the original heater ring. 2. Measure the size of the cylinder, usually including the length of the circumference, calculate the need for insulating wadding, and after the initial estimation of the heating coil power, the position of the winding  is sufficient. 3.Wrap the insulating pad around the cylinder and tie it tightly with a heat-resistant bandage so that the thickness of the insulating pad is about 1.5-2.0cm. To make the installation more beautiful, a layer of 0.5mm resin insulation  board can be rolled onto the insulation batting. 4. Wrap the magnet wire around the material drum, keeping the magnet wire together as tight as possible. 5. Install the electromagnetic heater control cabinet.
