1.To remove the modified part of the barrel of the original heating ring.

2. Measure the size of the cylinder, usually including the perimeter length, calculate the need for insulation cotton and according to the original heating coil power estimate winding position is enough. 

3.Wrap the insulation cotton on the cylinder and tie it tightly with high temperature bandage to keep the thickness of the insulation cotton about 1.5-2.0 cm. In order to make the installation more beautiful, a layer of 0.5 mm insulation resin board can be wrapped on the insulation cotton.

4. Wrap the electromagnetic wire around the material cylinder, the electromagnetic wire should be as close as possible. 

5.Install the electromagnetic heating control cabinet.
