New generation UHMWPE pipe extrusion line uses patented equipments and technology of Huaya company, relizescontinuous extrusion of pipes. The UHMWPE pipe extruder can run with Ticona GUR X4130, 4150, 205, DSM UH610,410,210, Polimaxx U511, U211from IRPC, Thailand, Shanghai Lianle non-flammable and antistatic materials, ect.This product is mainly used for mine escape pipes, fly ash transportation, marine dredging pipes, etc. 

Pipe Advantages：

High wear resistance.

It's 4-7 times of steel pipes, 3times of HDPE pipes, 4 times of nylon pipes. The pratice shows that UPE pipe is the best wear resistance pipeline for transport of small particle slurry.

High corrosion resistance.

UPE is of saturated molecular structure, high chemical stability, can resist all kind of corrosive media and organic solvent erosion.

High flexibility.

Its elongation at break point is up to 400% or more, and will not break in the situation of a large bending on the construction site and stretched to three times of its own settlement on the crustal subsidence.

High impact resistance.

Not easy scaling.

It is smooth that the inner wall and outer wall, and has no adhesion and self lubrication. Fouling materials are difficult to deposit on the pipe wall. It saves the cleaning maintenance cost pf pipeline greatly.

Aging resistance.

Its abti-aging property is better than PE100. Buried 50 years, its mechanical performance is low dwon only 20%.

Good energy saving effect.

The friction coefficient is 0.07-0.11, the roughness is only 1/6 of the new steel pipe. The flow capacity is more 50% than the steel pipe, and the diameter designed can be reduced about 15% than steel pipe.

Light weight, easy to connect, convenient for installation.
